Will hold furnishings from a one-bedroom apartment including refrigerator, washer & dryer and some boxes.  Units have man doors. (100 SF)

10 x 14 - $135.00/month
Will hold furnishings from a two-bedroom apartment or small house to include major appliances. Boxes and small items like lamps. Units have roll-up doors. (140 SF)

8 x 20 - $145.00/month
The size of a single car garage, will hold furnishings from a three-bedroom house with major appliance, boxes and some loose items. Units have roll-up doors. (160 SF)

10 x 20 - $160.00/month
The size of a large single car garage will hold furnishings from a three or four-bedroom house with all major appliances. Can also accommodate a car or standard pickup truck. Units have roll-up doors. (200 SF)

Gates are open from 7am to 8pm daily.

Parking onsite is for loading and unloading only.

There is a Resident Manager onsite; however, they are not available for Customer Service.  Our Property Managers are available 7 days per week by phone and email, and in person by appointment.  Security cameras are placed throughout the property for added Security.  Gates are locked overnight. 

Leasing is available on a month-to-month basis, with a 30-day Notice to Vacate required. 

Yes! We have multiple units large enough to fit a vehicle, as well as one uncovered parking spot that can accommodate an RV or boat.  We ask that you not exceed a property value of $5,000.00 without written permission from the Owner, and that you assume all risk for what is stored within the Unit.  Renter’s Insurance is the responsibility of the Storage Tenant. 

We have one uncovered parking spot available to rent.  The size is 10 feet by 25 feet. 

The majority of our units are drive-up units.  A drive- up storage unit allows you to drive your vehicle directly up to the door of the unit, much like a garage.  This makes loading and unloading your belongings significantly easier and faster, especially heavy or bulky items.  Please let us know if you prefer a drive-up unit!

We perform quarterly pest control at our facility, with frequent efficacy checks.

Once you have determined the Unit size you are interested in, you can fill out our online inquiry form, or give us a call.  We will send you an electronic Rental Agreement to complete.  Once you have completed your contract and paid your initial fees, you are welcome to move in!  This process can usually be completed within a couple of hours.  We are also able to schedule appointments to complete the rental process in person, if you prefer.
